It’s depressing that the only way I am able to maintain my goal weight is by stepping onto the scale every morning. I would be strict whether the number is high or low, since I would either want to maintain or lose weight. After Halloween I wanted to be less obsessive so I stopped weighing myself and I noticed a difference right away since in two weeks I gained 10 pounds. Now I am going to be on the scale every morning which is going to lead me to be self conscious until I go back to my acceptable weight.
uggggh I can do this. Seriously, I know I am PMSing, I should add hormonal to my qualities.
