Lunch: Vegetable Soup-in which I added garbanzo beans, kidney beans, broccoli and chicken. Tofu Salad loaded with veggies. Desert: small banana nut muffin with a bit of peanut butter.
1. Avoid anything incream, fried, or covered in cheese.
2. Drink a cup of water before starting your meal.
3. Eat a bowl of soup, which is not cream based, to fill you up.
4. Avoid carrying a tray since it is our natural inclination load up.
5. Resist from getting a second servings, once is enough.
6. While it can be okay to indulge in desert try to limit yourself to about once a week.
